David Dix, Vice President of Development

David is the Vice President of Development and is responsible for land acquisition due diligence, site design, and entitlement, and oversees development projects. Prior to joining Karis, he was with Duke Realty where he led investigation and entitlement efforts for the acquisition of over 500 acres of land with a combined value of $300M+ and directed site layout and design for more than 7.5 MSF of new office and industrial space in the Florida and Raleigh markets. David also served in the US Navy aboard the aircraft carrier USS Saratoga during Operation Desert Storm and is a 6 time Boston Marathoner. He graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Urban Planning.
